Welcome to IIFL NACH E-Mandate Registration
Welcome to our NACH E-Mandate facility. It is an inline process to register your mandate with the bank. Use the portal to ease of your hands with the authentication of your registered mobile number instead of filling up the physical mandate. This facility is available for your Home/secured business loan account with some Banks.
Follow the simple steps listed below to register:

Step 1: For ENACH Activation, the user will log in to Customer Portal by clicking on the link https://bit.ly/35yvedC.
Login will be done by entering registered mobile no & validating it by OTP.

Step 2 : On successful login, it will redirect to ENACH Status Page where the user can apply for the ENACH registration process and check the ENACH status.
There are 3 types of status:
1) Where the selected prospect's ENACH/EMANDATE/NACH is already active.
2) Where the last attempt for ENACH/EMANDATE/NACH of the selected prospect was rejected. It will give the user an option to re-apply.
3) Where the user is applying for the first time.

Step 3: On click of Apply Now, it will re-direct the user to Mandate Detail Page where user can select the payment mode (Debit Card & Net Banking) to proceed further.

Step 4: Upon proceeding further, it will give the user an option to preview mandate details and move forward by entering banking details.
Disclaimer :
- This service is for IIFL Home Loans Limited (IIFL) customers only.
- NACH E-Mandate has to be issued from the Bank Account registered with IIFL, as a Repayment Account for Monthly EMI payments. If you want to change your bank account details, please visit the nearest IIFL Branch.
- New Bank details will be accepted only from the applicant’s and co-applicant’s bank accounts.
- Mobile Number/Email ID registered with IIFL should be active for receiving the OTP for NACH Registration. You may contact any of the IIFL Branch offices to update contact details if necessary.
- In the event you are unable to submit an NACH registration request, you can re-try after 24 hours.
- E-Mandate cannot be issued if your bank (i.e. the bank from which the E-Mandate is to be issued) is not registered with NPCI for API E-Mandate
