Over the years, we, IIFL Home Loans have undergone an exciting journey full of innovation and challenges. We evolved in the way as desired by our customers. To surpass their expectations, we have devised robust policies.

Policies determine a relationship between a company and its internal & external audience. It is a guide to the decisions or actions of our people.

With policies, we define Standard Operating Procedure SOP and streamline the work flow process in the right manner. Decision making in an organization is inextricably linked with policies and systems in place. Now, we can make fast decisions and this helps us in improved TAT and compliance to ethical policies. We are retaining more customers and this is ultimately impacting our book of accounts. Transparent policies reduce customers risks and enhance their confidence in the system. Our policies & their methods, rationale and objectives are communicated in a clearer manner and these are inclined towards the new affordable housing policy.

Ahead Financial year 2017-18, leveraging the dexterity of our team members, we will keep our system in tandem with latest technological methods for customer convenience. I wish to thank all those who have helped us in our untiring efforts.
