About the Initiative

IIFL Foundation has partnered with Sampark Foundation to implement an educational program in two aspirational districts of Uttar Pradesh: Sonbhadra and Chitrakoot. 

This initiative emphasizes enhancing the skill sets of teachers by providing them with custom-designed Teaching and Learning Material (TLM) Kits. Teachers receive specialized training from subject matter experts and ongoing support from field supervisors. The program is executed in collaboration with Niti Aayog, ensuring alignment with broader educational goals and effective implementation.
